Abstract:
A confectionery dispensing device that dispenses gum balls or other confectioneries at a point remote from the user's hand with a popping sound and action. Confectioneries are stored in a container with a spring, gravity, or other biasing means which delivers a plurality of confectioneries to a conduit serially. A plunger ejects the confectioneries one at a time through the conduit so that the confectionery gently pops out of the device. A face or other figure can be placed around the ejecting end of the flexible finger tube, which face can remain permanently open, or open in a door or jaw-like manner upon ejection of the confectionery.

Abstract:
The invention is directed to a candy holding device for holding a piece of candy and displaying a random message in response to a movement of the candy. The candy holding device includes a housing having a message display portion, a source of battery power disposed within the housing, a holder disposed within the housing and adapted to hold the stick, a switch disposed within the housing and adjacent to the stick such that a movement of the stick causes an actuation of the switch, and an electronic circuit coupled to the battery and the switch. The circuit is adapted to randomly select in the message display portion one from a plurality of messages in response to the actuation of the switch.

Abstract:
A hair twisting apparatus includes a housing, a jaw assembly on the housing and a trigger on the housing which is operable for twisting the jaw assembly to twist a group of hair strands received therein. The apparatus includes an elastic band on the jaw assembly for retaining first and second jaw elements thereof in gripping engagement on a group of hair strands during twisting thereof and a slidable shaft mechanism which is forwardly advanceable for moving the elastic band from the jaw assembly onto the terminal end portion of the group of hair strands for retaining the hair strands in a twisted condition.
