A spinnerbait lure includes a chain, flexible tubing thereover, a blade coupled to one end of the chain, and a skirted lead head hook located at or adjacent the other end of the chain. An eyelet is coupled to a central portion of the chain and extends through a hole in the tubing for attachment of fishing line. When relaxed, the spinnerbait lure assumes a substantially elongate configuration. When pulled through the water, the lure assumes a V-shaped configuration caused by the water pressure against the ends of the lure on either side of the eyelet. Then, when slack is provided to the fishing line, the lure assumes again an elongate configuration, and âhelicoptersâ through the water, with the blade rotating to affect the lures descent, creating a movement attractive to fish. As soon as the fishing line is pulled taut, the lure again assumes the V-shaped configuration.

Embodiments of the invention relate to systems, methods, and computer program products for an automated and electronic means for financial institution clients to manage and track the funding of leased assets and, specifically, the combining of like assets into leased asset bundles for the purpose of generating lease records that include a leased asset bundle. By bundling assets and creating corresponding lease reports that include a leased asset bundle, the process for funding approval is streamlined, in that, document communication, signature requirements and overall tracking of documentation is minimized. In addition, an ancillary benefit is afforded the financial institution such that the bundled assets can be syndicated to third parties as a single schedule document.

A remote lighting system for a safety helmet operable with a vehicle lighting system. The system includes a vehicle portion and a helmet portion comprising a helmet brake light; a microcontroller in communication with the brake light; and a helmet transceiver in communication with the microcontroller. The vehicle portion includes a vehicle transceiver in wireless communication with the helmet transceiver; a gate in communication with the vehicle transceiver, and under a condition when a signal is received from the vehicle transceiver, operable to electrically connect the battery to the brake light of the vehicle lighting system; and an accelerometer in communication with the vehicle transceiver, and operable to send a signal indicative of vehicle acceleration to the vehicle transceiver. When a threshold level of deceleration is exceeded, the microcontroller sends a signal to the transceivers and the gate, causing a brake light of the vehicle lighting system to be illuminated.
