Unlike most of our competitors, RMI does not require a long term commercial maintenance service contract of any kind. RMI only uses RMI employees, we do not use sub contractors like most of our competitors do to make an extra buck. All RMI employees are background screened, bonded and are also subject to the RMI random drug testing program. Our maintenance technicians work for RMI because they have extensive experience in their field, as electricians, carpenters, plumbers and/or certified maintenance technicians.
