Real Estate/Property Management Experience 1993 - Present: President of Anchor Realty Group, Inc. Provided technical services to financial institutions during the workout (start to finish), management and disposition of distressed properties. Primary skill set includes consulting with asset managers regarding the status of the loan process, construction administration, and site development, permitting in the City of Chicago. Anchor is also a full service property management and real estate Brokerage Company, with the responsibility and experience in property management residential apartment, condominium units, and commercial mixed use including store fronts. Anchor specializes in condominium conversions, project supervision during the process, budgeting, and construction administration. Mr. Munson also has extensive knowledge and expertise in working with Bank controlled real estate assets. Full knowledge of development process, permitting, monitoring, environmental matters, code compliance, property management on properties that perform/under perform and providing detailed reporting to the court. Education/Current Professional Licenses & Designations 1987 - BA Marketing and Finance Hillsdale College, Hillsdale Michigan. One of Mr. Munson's strongest skills is his ability to market. He is great at implementing a sales and marketing strategy by using all possible outlets to market his properties. Whether it be MLS,Loopnet, or Co-Star (just to name a few), he doesn't stop there. Mr. Munson also relies on the way of marketing by using different media outlets like the classified sections in newspapers, as well as listing on websites associated with newspapers (i.e. DailyHerald.com, Homes.com, ChicagoTribune.com,and Realtor.com) just to name a few. He also utilizes property flyers and yard signs/building signage to generate traffic as well. some may seem this as "old fashioned" and outdated, but these methods have proven to work. As far as Financing goes, Mr. Munson has a great wealth of knowledge in this field from his previous experience in mortgage banking and from his many transactions completed throughout the years from all spectrum's of real estate
