He is great at implementing a sales and marketing strategy by using all possible outlets to market his properties. Whether it be MLS,Loopnet, or Co-Star (just to name a few), he doesn't stop there. Mr. Munson also relies on the way of marketing by using different media outlets like the classified sections in newspapers, as well as listing on websites associated with newspapers (i.e. DailyHerald.com, Homes.com, ChicagoTribune.com,and Realtor.com) just to name a few. He also utilizes property flyers and yard signs/building signage to generate traffic as well. some may seem this as "old fashioned" and outdated, but these methods have proven to work. As far as Financing goes, Mr. Munson has a great wealth of knowledge in this field from his previous experience in mortgage banking and from his many transactions completed throughout the years from all spectrum's of real estate
