Spa Tub Apparatus

US Patent:
2009008, Apr 9, 2009
Filed:
Oct 6, 2007
Appl. No.:
11/973264
Inventors:
Jonathan Jan - Culver City CA, US
International Classification:
A61H 33/00
A47K 3/10
A61H 33/06
US Classification:
45415, 45411, 4545
Abstract:
The present invention has four components, a power unit, a flexible air hose, a hydro-jet board, and a remote control. The power unit is a chamber having pressurized air. The power unit further includes an air compressor to create a pressurized air. Air compression typically increases the temperature of the air flow, however it is also desired to further heat the pressurized air before introducing the air into the flexible air hose. The flexible air hose is connected to a water jet board. The flexible air hose has a first and second connector, one at each end. The water jet board is comprised of a bottom plate laminated to a top plate. The hydro-jet board is constructed by laminating two pre-formed plastic sheets to create the specific air channels thereby supplying pulsating water jets at specific zones.

Trap With Embedded Strainer

US Patent:
2011014, Jun 23, 2011
Filed:
Dec 21, 2009
Appl. No.:
12/643091
Inventors:
Jonathan Jan - Culver City CA, US
International Classification:
E03C 1/12
US Classification:
4679
Abstract:
A trap with embedded strainer includes a water input; an upper vertical section receiving water from the water input; a flexible tailpiece below the upper vertical section, receiving water from the upper vertical section; a J bend below the flexible tailpiece, receiving water from the flexible tailpiece at a J bend water input portion, and discharging water at a J bend water output portion. A J bend flare is sized to fit over a lower vertical section of the flexible tailpiece. A J bend locknut fits over the J bend flare and engages a J bend thread disposed on a J bend top portion so as to bias the lower vertical section of the flexible tailpiece against the J bend top portion. The J bend flare seats to provide a waterproof seal.

Pick Up Tool

US Patent:
2011019, Aug 18, 2011
Filed:
Feb 17, 2010
Appl. No.:
12/707440
Inventors:
Jonathan JAN - Culver City CA, US
International Classification:
A01K 29/00

A01K 27/00
B25J 1/04
B25J 1/00
US Classification:
119795
Abstract:
A pick up tool has a handle assembly having a trigger connected to a pull rod. The trigger has a trigger engaged position, and a trigger disengaged position. In the trigger engaged position the trigger pushes the pull rod down, and in the trigger disengaged position, the trigger pulls the pull rod up. A hollow main shaft is mounted to the handle assembly, and the pull rod is housed within the main shaft. A bell housing is mounted to the handle assembly, and the bell housing has an upper bell portion, a middle bell portion, a lower bell portion and a bell flange. A plurality of fingers are connected at a common joint within the bell housing, and the plurality of fingers have an extended position and a retracted position. A liner assembly includes a liner bag having a closed end and a liner rim.

Mission Critical Sanitizer

US Patent:
2012028, Nov 8, 2012
Filed:
May 3, 2011
Appl. No.:
13/099754
Inventors:
Jonathan Jan - Culver City CA, US
International Classification:
B05B 9/00
B01F 15/02
US Classification:
239142, 3661761
Abstract:
A mission critical sanitizing apparatus has a plurality of input pumps. At least two of the input pumps are a digital jet means. A water pump is for inputting water to a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber receives flow from the plurality of input pumps, and from the water pump. The plurality of input pumps provides digitally measured flow to a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber receives water from the water pump. The output pump pumps an output flow from the mixing chamber. A controller provides digital control to the plurality of input pumps and the controller controls the water pump and the output pump. A communications module has a communications protocol and receives configuration input from a user. Preferably, an HOCl concentration is between 20 ppm and 300 ppm and a pH of the output flow is in the range of 5.5-7.0.

Integrated Portable Wireless Transmitter And Method For Use

US Patent:
2008005, Mar 6, 2008
Filed:
Aug 30, 2006
Appl. No.:
11/512875
Inventors:
Jonathan Jan - Culver City CA, US
International Classification:
H04B 1/18
US Classification:
4551851
Abstract:
The present invention is a cell phone holder and transmitter that is compact in size and is small and light in weight whereby it is capable of being clipped onto a holder attachment in a vehicle by a mounting clip and a gooseneck with affixed clip at the end. The holder of the cell phone itself also acts as the transmitter thereby minimizing the size and dimensions of the present invention. The present invention is capable of transmitting from an MP3 device, I-Pod or other media player. The present invention is also compatible with other devices utilizing a standard 3.5 mm audio output source. The present invention utilizes mounting surfaces composed of silicon rubber embedded in fluoride. Said combination of materials allows the formation of a secure seal for a cell phone while resting within the present invention and said material additionally allows a user to place and remove a cell phone of varying dimensions with minimum effort. A co-axial microphone wire cable of the present invention serves as a Frequency Modulation (FM) transmitter antenna. Said speaker and microphone wire cable antenna is composed of a copper alloy material to further its utility as an antenna. Said Transmitter sends signals to the FM band. Said FM band transmission is of a frequency at or between 88.1 and 88.9. Said present invention operates on less than 1 watt of output.
