He has also actively performed Broker Price Opinions (BPO) for some of the Disposition companies in the Industry accurately contributing to the disposition of hundreds of real estate assets. In 1992, Mr. Matos was designated as GRI (Graduate from the Realtors Institute) and soon afterwards he was asked to teach the Technology module as Instructor for the same Institute which he proudly performed for over 2 years.
