About:
I am a native Orange County resident with an extensive finance background. I love Southern California with the beautiful beaches, deserts and mountains. I feel so fortunate to have been marketing homes in this area for the past 21 years.
I truly do get joy out of finding my clients their perfect home. During the last 11 years I have been in partnership with my daughter, Natalie Harlow, who also has a degree in interior design. She stages our clients homes, at no charge, which many times enables them to get top dollar for their home and a shorter time on the market. I love the fact that our clients get two agents for the price of one. Natalie is also a certified short sale and foreclosure specialist.
The Joyce/Natalie team are always available to show property, negotiate on behalf of our clients all aspects of the transaction, and close escrow in a timely manner.
