She began her financial career in 1994, as a Certified Tax Preparer for a San Diego based company. She worked in that industry for 15 years. In 2001, she obtained her Real Estate license with the California DRE and began work as a Loan Originator. In 2006, Karen obtained her Broker's License and established LoanExec,Inc. DBA: "The Funding Master". She currently holds her license with Affinity Financial, a Nationwide Mortgage Broker and Correspondent Lender. A consummate professional and specialist in the industry; Karen maintains the highest level of education and remains vigilant in her effort to stay current and informed of the ever changing Mortgage Market.
