Katherine began her real estate career on Newbury St. in Boston’s Back Bay as a rental agent and thereafter as Rental Director. As a normal progression, her rental clients eventually became home buyers and Katherine’s services extended to assisting first time home buyers, move-up buyers and experienced investors throughout South Boston, the Back Bay, the South End, Beacon Hill and the Boston Waterfront. She has helped buyers, sellers and developers with the purchase and sale of new construction condominiums, condo conversions, brownstones, lofts and single-family residences. After many years of success assisting clients as a residential real estate agent, she took on a new challenge and became the exclusive in-house agent for a successful Boston builder and development firm overseeing the marketing and sales of their multi-million dollar mixed-use developments throughout Greater Boston and the North Shore. Katherine was promoted to Assistant Project Manager, responsible for multiple mixed-use projects throughout Massachusetts. These projects ranged from ground-up projects to complete gut rehab projects.
