Kathleen Eder represents the new generation of Real Estate professional with substantive knowledge about all aspects of real estate, and is committed to providing high level service to sellers, developers and buyers alike. As a specialist in the DC Metro market, Kathleen's broad knowledge of the market, the properties, and the many criteria involved, provide her clients and customers with a service unmatched in the residential real estate industry. Kathleen has been a top producing agent since her start in residential real estate in 2000, and has been ranked in the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. Prior to her career in residential real estate, Kathleen worked as the Director of National Marketing at Bethesda based real estate development company Core Location. In 1997 she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and in 2000 she received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland. In addition to real estate brokerage, Kathleen is also a managing partner in Cityscape Development; a DC based residential real estate Development Company. Over the years, Kathleen has called many of the District's neighborhoods home. She currently resides in Crestwood in a 1930's colonial with her husband, two daughters and two mini-dachshunds. In Kathleen's spare time she enjoys Pilates, travel and renovating houses. Kathleen is involved in her community and is a passionate supporter of Children's National Medical Center and The Sitar Center. She serves of the Board of Directors for Thrive DC; a Washington DC based organization to prevent homelessness in the DC area.
