After obtaining her degree in Real Estate from Sacramento City College in 1982, Kathy began her career in real estate by selling new homes. Her hard work paid off when she became an entrepreneur by starting K.M. Griffin realty and assuming the company's Marketing Director position. K.M. Griffin Realty's mission was to develop and maintain exclusive marketing contracts for several local builders. Kathy continued her real estate career as broker/owner of Watson-Griffin Realtors in Elk Grove from 1992 to 1995. When her partner decided to go to medical school, she began her association with Masters Realtors, a long time recognized firm in the Elk Grove area. Kathy has continued her education making sure that she is well versed in all the new aspects of the real estate transaction. She has received her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute), and the coveted MIRM (Management Institute of Residential Marketing) from the National Association of Home Builders. She has also received awards over the years for sales and marketing from both the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the BIA (new home sales).
