I am a dedicated, enthusiastic and goal oriented individual. My business has strived through referrals from past clients, first time home buyers, local developers, avid Real Estate investors looking to do a 1031 exchange and past clients looking to upgrade, downsize or to rent out their property. My client base is as varied as their skill sets –no deal is too big or too small for me to take on. My ability to market Condo’s and Coop’s throughout various location of New York, has given me a clear-cut advantage in the industry. My sales approach allows me to be truly knowledgeable of various property types and not to be geographically limited. I have been involved in Real Estate on various levels throughout my life. I grew up in my family business of Real Estate management here in New York. Prior to being in sales I was responsible for locating prime investment opportunities as well as running the day to day tasks of managing large Residential and Commercial properties throughout New York City.
