As a native of Burbank, California, Katrina followedher family'sinvestments and started her own real estate career by gaining a unique perspective of Southern California's real estate market. From a young age, she watched her parents cultivate millions of dollars through multiple streams of residual income and wealth building assets. As a young adult, working full-time, she quickly learned all the intricacies of the business from working leads to closing deals. She began crafting her business skills in several different industries before becoming a Realtor. She tackled everything from becoming a sales administrator and marketing consultant for several L.A. based high fashion apparel companies, to working in the film and television industry as an actress. Katrina is known for her achievements in music and accumulated several awards and accolades nationwide. She landed her first record deal with MCA Records at the tender age of nine years old. Although, her appointment in an all girls singing group was short lived, this experience sparked an even stronger appreciation for music as a professional opera singer which positioned her for exposure for much larger venues. In 1998, she made the local cover of the Los Angeles Times Newspaper, recognized for winning 1st place in the Contemporary Voice Category at the prestigious Dorothy Chandlier Pavillion's 'Music Center Spotlight Awards.' This was the first year the awards were televised nationwide on KCET-TV Los Angeles community television. Shortly after, Katrina was accepted into the USC Flora L. Thornton School of Music for Classical Voice. All of these unique experiences along with her extensive consumer training and public relations, enables her to adapt to the demands of growing a successful business. Katrina is dedicated to providing all of her clients with the finest services possible and has developed sharp negotiating skills needed to lead successful real estate transactions.
