Description:
I've been involved in the real estate market since 1999 when I bought my first duplex and became a landlord. While my education background is in art (BFA in photography), I developed a love for real estate over the years and obtained my sales license in 2004 in Los Angeles. I've since relocated to this lovely city of Boston. I feel like I have the best of both worlds here - I have an office in Cambridge but live in Roslindale, a block from the arboretum. I have several rental properties that helped me to acquire a lot of hands-on experience in renovation as well as building new structures. I have confidence when selling a home, because I've helped build one from the ground up. I love old houses, and can find potential where it is often overlooked. Nothing is better than helping a client find a diamond in the rough! Besides constantly learning and knowing the market, honesty and integrity are what I consider to be the most important factors in my business.
