The Churchill Foundation annually awards 14 American scientists, engineers, or mathematicians a scholarship to study at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom leading to a MPhil degree. I will spend the academic year 2013-2014 working with Professor Clare P. Grey, FRS to study electrode materials for Li-ion batteries via solid state nuclear magnetic resonance (ssNMR).
