Kim was born in Greensboro, NC, but relocated to Southwest Florida in 1976. She graduated from Charlotte High School and continued her education at Edison State College. After college she enlisted in the United States Army and served four years state side and abroad. After her service in the military, Kim couldn't imagine calling any other place home and moved back to Punta Gorda in 1998. After an extensive career in the medical field, Kim started a career in Real Estate in 2003 as an Assistant and later became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in 2005 at Coldwell Banker Morris Realty. Kim is married to her husband of 18 years and has three children, together they love living the Florida lifestyle including boating, fishing, camping, theme parks, swimming, scuba diving, biking and running. When Kim is not busy making others home dreams come true, she spends her time running and volunteering. Kim has been an avid runner for the past five years and has completed many 5k's, 10k's, 10-milers, and Half Marathons and is currently training for her first marathon in January. Kim also enjoys volunteering her time at the local public school, her church, coaching girls with the Girls On The Run program and working on the planning committee for the Memorial Day Veterans Race.
