My name is Lanell M. Johnson I’m Realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene, I work with home buyers and sellers in the Cypress and surrounding area. I have lived in Cypress for 9 years. My specialty, knowledge and target market is the Cypress area. My family and I enjoy all that the area has to offer, such as the shopping areas, water lakes, local eateries,recreation centers,hiking trails and golfing courts. I have first-hand knowledge of the Cy- Fair schools, seeing that I have two sons who have attended Elementary, Middle and High school in the Cypress Area. I am an active volunteer member of my children’s schools. I have obtained my BSB/M also know as Bachelor of Science in Business Management. By having my degree in Business, it has helped me understand business, people, transaction and marketing. I chose real estate because I love helping people find the right home for them. As young as a teen I’ve always enjoyed looking at model homes. I searched for a whole year, looking at new home homes before deciding on our current residence in the Cypress area. These are a few of the resounds that home buying, and home finding while working with clients brings about a purpose. I also own my own decorating business called LMJ’s Home and Consulting. I launched my business in 2010 after much consideration of others. I love to take a space and add warmth, charm and character. It is not about expensive furniture pieces, high end designers but how to work with a budget and make any space come alive. Home buying, selling and decorating homes while working with great people make what I do purposeful.
