About:
Hank and Lisa Cannon were both raised by parents that were in the real estate industry for over 30 years each and are continuing the family tradition of exceedingly good real estate service to their customers.
Lisa, the team leader, was born in Lexington, KY and raised in Northern Virginia. Lisa was licensed as real estate salesman in Florida in 1986 and specialized in re-sales, working with builders and land. She received her broker’s license in 1988 and brokered a real estate company in Cape Coral, FL. In 1993, her family moved back to the Atlanta/Conyers area. Her main focus is as a Listing and Marketing Specialist and overseeing the transactions. Lisa is also a Trainer for Keller Williams and teaches classes geared for seasoned agents on marketing property, as well as automating your business to best serve your clients. Lisa also volunteers on Davis Middle’s PTO Board.
Hank joined Lisa in the real estate business full time after leaving his life long career in the automotive business. He was raised in Conyers and graduated from Heritage High School. He works mainly as a buyer’s agent and closely with a number of builders. Hank and Lisa have been married 23 years and have 2 children – Cody, who is a junior at Salem High School and is on the football team and is working towards his Eagle Scout designation, and Amber, a 7th grade cheerleader at Davis Middle School, and is also loves gymnastics and tennis. Hank is quite active as a scout leader and also plays baseball in the adult league.
Nancy Johnson has been an agent in Rockdale County for over 35 years. She is served as past President and is still quite active in the East Metro Board of Realtors. She serves on the Contracts committee for the Georgia Association of Realtors. Nancy serves as a Prospecting Coordinator for the Hank and Lisa Cannon team.
Ronnie Burrell is one of the Buyers’ Agents for the Hank and Lisa Cannon team. Ronnie is also quite active in the East Metro Board of Realtors and also serves on committees for the Georgia Association of Realtors. He is a member of the Agent Leadership Committee at Keller Williams and assists in training new agents. Nancy and Ronnie add to the family tradition, as they are Hank’s mother and step-father.
Penny Grubbs is the licensed assistant for the Hank and Lisa Cannon team. Penny was born in Atlanta and attended a local college where she majored in business. Penny is married with 2 children and LOVES the detail-oriented end of real estate. She allows all of us to work more efficiently and to keep our clients fully informed about all stages of the real estate transaction. She is also a professional stager and makes sure our listings show their best while on the market.
