Appl. No.:
8/861093
Inventors:
Lu Xin Zhang - Costa Mesa CA
Long Bao Zhang - Pudong New Area, Shanghai, CN
International Classification:
F21V 100
US Classification:
362241
Abstract:
A light source arrangement includes at least a lighting cell which includes a cell body having a concave light projecting surface and a semi-spherical reflecting cavity surrounded by the concave light projecting surface, a luminary electronic diode cell having two electric terminals extended therefrom, an electrode supporter mounted on the cell body to support the luminary electronic diode cell positioning within reflecting cavity at a focus point of the concave light projecting surface for emitting light towards the concave light projecting surface upon energized, whereby all the emitting light from the luminary electronic diode cell is accumlatively collected and reflected by the concave light projecting surface to provide high intensity light source.

A61K 47/10
A61K 47/20
A61K 45/06
Abstract:
The present disclosure provides improved film based pharmaceutical products containing uniformly distributed drug or active agent particles (e.g., to achieve improved/excellent dissolution control including enhancing dissolution and bioavailability and/or product uniformity). More particularly, the present disclosure provides improved systems/methods for fabricating film based pharmaceutical products by utilizing higher surface modified micronized drug or active agent powders and film forming precursors and drying methods that accomplish improved/efficient drying and provide improved/excellent content uniformity of active pharmaceutical agents in the fabricated film based pharmaceutical products. In exemplary embodiments, the present disclosure provides for an easier means of directly incorporating dry micronized poorly water-soluble drugs or active agent particles (e.g., fenofibrate (“FNB”)) into films. The present disclosure demonstrates some advantages of direct incorporation of surface modified-micronized poorly water-soluble drug or active agent powders in film manufacturing.

Methods And Systems In Evaluating And Selecting A Combination Of Shipping Packages

US Patent:
2017006, Mar 2, 2017
Filed:
Aug 30, 2016
Appl. No.:
15/251585
Inventors:
- Bentonville AR, US
Lu Zhang - Harrison NJ, US
International Classification:
G06Q 10/06
G06Q 10/08
Abstract:
In some embodiments, apparatuses and methods are provided herein useful to evaluate shipping packaging used at a distribution facility. Some embodiments provide a system to evaluate packaging, comprising: an evaluation control circuit and memory storing computer instructions executed by the control circuit causing the control circuit to: for each of multiple different distribution facilities: identify a fixed number of different shipping package sizes to be available; identify multiple different potential packaging combinations; evaluate each of the multiple potential packaging combinations for each of thousands of historic order shipments; obtain a utilization rate of each of the multiple packaging combinations; identify potential packaging combinations that satisfy a utilization threshold, and identify a predicted cost to acquire and utilize each of the identified potential packaging combinations; and select a first potential packaging combination satisfying the utilization threshold and having a lowest predicted utilization cost.
