WHO IS THE M&M Team? The M&M Team consists of husband-and-wife Marc & Melissa McCallum. Marc & Melissa were both born and raised in the Wausau, Wisconsin area. Marc has been coming Up North since he was just a little tyke having grandparents with a cottage on Long Lake in Harrison Hills, and grandparents with a cottage on Lake Kawaguesaga in Minocqua. Marc's parents later retired and built a home on Lake Kawaguesaga as well. Both Marc & Melissa have fond childhood memories of visiting Pleasure Island in Eagle River, Circle M Corral and Jim Peck's in Minocqua, and going to Bosacki's in Minocqua for ice cream. In 1999, Marc & Melissa purchased vacant property on Sunday Lake in Minocqua with the hope of someday building on it. That someday came sooner than they thought in 2002 when they sold their business in Wausau and decided to make the move to Minocqua. Marc & Melissa began buying, developing, and selling so many of their own properties that they decided to make a career out of it. They both became licensed Real Estate Agents in 2009. In 2011, Marc was named the RE/MAX Rookie of the Year for the State of Wisconsin based upon gross commissions earned. Having been consumers so many times themselves, the M&M Team is able to offer a unique perspective on what it's like to be a buyer or seller, something that far too many Real Estate Agents forget.
