Mark Anthony Ruiz is a CSULB graduate with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesology, grew up in Huntington Beach and graduated from Marina High School in 1984. Mark Anthony is currently a city mayor appointed commissioner for the Parks and Recreation for the City of Cerritos and is heavily involved with The American Cancer Society and volunteers his time with various organizations while raising three little boys to be gentlemen,scholars and athletes. I am always asked how did I start selling Real Estate and my reply is always, “I didn’t choose Real Estate, Real Estate chose me.” Licensed since 2002, I have studied intensely the trends of the market place not only in the local area, but the national and international arena. This aggressive studying of the market place has earned me interviews with the Wall St. Journal and the New York Times focusing on my gorilla marketing strategies. I have earned Centurion level status in the Century 21 International System. At the international Convention I was a guest speaker on out of the box selling Techniques.
