There is something to be said about the feeling you get when you know your client that just bought a house is so happy and enjoyed working with you. It is the fun part of this business. I like the majority of the people in the real estate profession on this site are looking to find new clients and network. I am on a lot of sites and do several blogs a day. I think making people understand the mortgage process is as important as getting them the loan.
