I have recently retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. Throughout my career, I worked in a variety of positions mainly focused in Customer Service. I had the opportunity to work with high-level officials in a 4-star restaurant setting where we served special guests such as King Fahd of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the famous author Tom Clancy as he preformed research for a novel. I experienced the travel that usually comes with such a long career in any branch of service and was able to visit over 35 states and 15 countries outside of the Unites States. I am grateful to have been able to serve and receive the extensive training and coaching in the areas of Leadership, Management, Quality Customer Care and a variety of practical skills.
