ODJFS Ohio State Fair Booth Manager Joan Palmer stated, "Goodness. Where to begin? Micah joined the Ohio State Fair Team on June 12th, where he bravely shared new concepts with a group of tenured employees, which would quickly become the path of choice for training the 2012 Ohio State Fair workers (Navigator Program). Micah not only shared his ideas, he was also able to listen to the feedback and embrace those thoughts to quickly produce a work product in the form of a PPT, which was shown just one week later. The (Navigator Training) presentation during the June 19th was exceptional (Presented to Executive Staff). Micah, calmly, put himself and his ideas out for open display and won the hearts of everyone present! As one attendee stated, "the trainging of Navigators (versus typical worker) is taking this project to a whole new level!" Palmer added,"thank you Micah for all your willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig-in to help ODJFS shine even brighter during this fair season. Thank you."
