Abstract:
In an implementation of collect callback, a call-in service establishes a communication link with a caller and initiates a collect callback option for the caller. A switch receives callback data from the call-in service and utilizes the callback data to establish a collect call via a second communication link between the caller and the call-in service.

Collect Callback For Web-Based Access

US Patent:
2005016, Jul 28, 2005
Filed:
Mar 23, 2005
Appl. No.:
11/087210
Inventors:
Jeffrey Smith - Veradale WA, US
Michael Eberle - Vista CA, US
Assignee:
dX/dY Voice Processing, Inc. - Spokane WA
International Classification:
H04M015/00
H04M003/42
US Classification:
379114200, 379210010
Abstract:
Collect callback for Web-based access is described. In an embodiment, a Web-based resource provides a collect callback option via which a call source can obtain an access code to access the Web-based resource. A switch receives callback data from the Web-based resources and utilizes the callback data to establish a collect call via a telephone-based communication link between the call source and an access code provider that provides the access code to the call source. In an alternate embodiment, the switch establishes the collect call between the call source and the switch which provides the access code to the call source.

Collect Callback

US Patent:
2005016, Aug 4, 2005
Filed:
Mar 23, 2005
Appl. No.:
11/087207
Inventors:
Jeffrey Smith - Veradale WA, US
Michael Eberle - Vista CA, US
Assignee:
dX/dY Voice Processing, Inc. - Spokane WA
International Classification:
H04M003/00
US Classification:
379265090
Abstract:
Collect callback is described. In an embodiment, a Web site associated with a call-in service provides that a call source can initiate a collect callback option to establish a communication link with the call-in service. A switch receives callback data corresponding to the call source via the Web site and utilizes the callback data to establish a collect call via the communication link between the call source and the call-in service.

Collect Callback

US Patent:
2006027, Dec 7, 2006
Filed:
Aug 16, 2006
Appl. No.:
11/465058
Inventors:
Jeffrey Smith - Veradale WA, US
Michael Eberle - Vista CA, US
Assignee:
dX/dY Voice Processing Inc. - Spokane WA
International Classification:
H04Q 7/20
US Classification:
455445000
Abstract:
In an implementation of collect callback, a call-in service establishes a communication link with a call source, and initiates a collect callback option for the call source. A telecommunications switch receives callback data from the call-in service and utilizes the callback data to establish a collect call via a second communication link between the call source and the call-in service.

Collect Callback

US Patent:
2006028, Dec 21, 2006
Filed:
Aug 28, 2006
Appl. No.:
11/467840
Inventors:
Jeffrey Smith - Veradale WA, US
Michael Eberle - Vista CA, US
Assignee:
dX/dY Voice Processing Inc. - Spokane WA
International Classification:
H04M 3/42
US Classification:
455417000
Abstract:
In an implementation of collect callback, a call-in service establishes a communication link with a call source, and initiates a collect callback option for the call source. A telecommunications switch can receive callback data from the call-in service and utilize the callback data to establish a collect call via a second communication link between the call source and the call-in service. A billing entity can receive a billing dispute from the call source that disputes charges for the collect call initiated by the call-in service and authorized by the call source. The billing entity can then communicatively link the call source to recorded data that corresponds to the collect call to which the charges apply where the recorded data includes a recording of at least a portion of the collect call to sustain the charges for the collect call.

Members Calling Card

US Patent:
2007003, Feb 15, 2007
Filed:
Jul 25, 2005
Appl. No.:
11/188345
Inventors:
Jeffrey Smith - Veradale WA, US
Michael Eberle - Vista CA, US
Assignee:
dX/dY Voice Processing, Inc. - Spokane WA
International Classification:
H04M 15/00
US Classification:
379114150
Abstract:
Members calling card is described. In an embodiment, a call source initiates communication with a call-in service that then provides contact information via which the call source can obtain a members calling card to access, or continue accessing, the call-in service. A switch receives a communication from the call source that initiates use of the contact information and the switch establishes a communication link between the call source and a card provider such that the call source can obtain the members calling card. The members calling card is issued such that communication with the call-in service is charged on a telephone bill associated with the call source. The switch establishes a telephone-based communication link to enable communication between the call source and the call-in service where the communication is charged to the telephone bill associated with the call source.
