Michael Kramm has 30 years experience in home building, renovations and then as a Realtor helping his customers buy or sell their homes. Michael's experience with building from the ground up translates to being an expert at finding well built, well maintained homes for his clients. He has built wood frame homes, a Pumice Crete home and a Rastra home. He knows how a house could be sited for solar gain. He knows proper electric, plumbing, heating...good windows and doors...He knows houses! He is happy to go to a town office and investigate properties. He is thorough !
