Michael Edrington- Comes from a military background of being a dependant of career Airman traveling the world and then joining the Marine Corps out of high school and attending Junior college Majoring in performing Arts out of which he became a salesman and manager in several different areas of sales. Going back to school in the early 1990’s he got a diploma in accounting which he used to teach post secondary college for a few years and then went on to work for the city of Palm Spring, Ca. Then back in the late 1990’s he turned his attention to the local real estate market, buying Foreclosures, REO’S and distressed properties and fixing them up for personal use and for rentals in this area. He found that very few agents knew about or wanted to deal with that segment of the market, so he went back to school and earned his real estate license and became an expert in that niche of the market. As time went by and the market changed Michael refocused his attention to retail sales of Homes and Vacant land. Michael became an expert in helping a vast number of clients to find the Home or Land of there dreams, in addition to helping them maintain security and accumulate wealth. As the new Housing boom occurred Michael represented several different builders and even had a few homes built for him, so he knows exactly what the nuts and bolts of new construction are. Michael has also worked closely with Chris Unawoke of Silvatex, Inc. from the purchase of 58.22 acres to the approval of a preliminary tract map for 43 homes, 3 parks and a dog park as well over 28 acres of open space reserved for hiking trails.
