The history of Eaton Properties must begin with Don Eaton, however, it must be said from the beginning that Eaton Properties is built around a TEAM concept. Don Eaton was an educator in the Hazelwood School District for 29 years, supplementing a teacher's salary by selling Real Estate in his spare time. He became one of the top buyer's agents in the Saint Charles area and decided to retire from his first love of teaching and to start his own Real Estate Company along with his wife, Cindy, who had retired as the Regional Director of The Diabetes Association. Like many others who have thought about investing, the Eaton's were fearful of the risk and responsibilities of owning cash flow properties. Don knew that there were others that had the same fears.
