Nick has his B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and his MBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Denver. Aside from being a CPA, Nick is Securities Licensed (Series 7 & 66), Life insurance Licensed and has earned his professional designations as a Certified Liability Advisor, Certified Mortgage Planner, and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. Nick is TEAM Trained and is a founding faculty member for the National Institute of Financial Education. Nick provides educational Workshops for consumers and is certified to provide continuing education to realtors, financial planners and CPAs. Nick has developed his skills as a wealth strategist during his 15 years of working in finance, consulting and venture capital. He built his business foundation working in Public Accounting for Deloitte and Touche and KPMG. Nick utilizes his understanding of the tax implications of real estate transactions to help investors and home owners most effectively manage liabilities to create wealth. His visionary approach to creating wealth has been developed though his lifetime commitment to education. Nick has traveled around the country consulting with many of the top mortgage and financial planners in the nation to better understand their operations and implement best practices to create significant value for his clients.
