Skills:
A multitasker by nature, I have completed of a 4-year undergraduate program in 3.5 years in conjunction with maintaining a full time job. Strong work ethic and quality background work experience in an assortment of fields, including, but not limited to, hospitality, customer care, and overall, training. Both auditory and visual learner with a knack for quick mastery of and proficiency in technology systems, language, and creativity-based projects. In addition, an ability to perform at a high level of autonomy or with minimal supervision. Exemplary assessment skills and aptitude for intervention strategies and risk assessment. Ability to observe and report accurately on the functioning of individuals and families, with an ability to maintain a diplomatic and tactful demeanor with individuals and personnel. A technical thinker, I possess a history of producing accurate, timely reports, both for Marriott, including all shifts that I am trained in, especially Audit, as well as a researcher meeting stringent psychological associations and IRB guidelines for University studies. Working and training in various industries has taught flexibility, versatility and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Easily manages deadline-driven environments as well as independent assignments and projects, which more often than not, coincide. Strong verbal and written communication skills make professional presentations and public interactions fluid and efficient. I maintain a reliable, sharp, and professional image to best represent my organization and associates. I have an ability to handle confidential information appropriately, travel and work whenever it is asked of me, and set appropriate limits and boundaries with clients. I believe I have an ability to act decisively when necessary to protect clients and an ability to identify and understand environmental stressors. Beginning with my education abroad and completing my BA in Psychology allows me to better interact with diverse audiences, not to mention an acute awareness of social, economic, cultural and environmental factors in the resolution of family and personal problems. Working and training has allowed me to advance in new computer technologies, apply my foreign language knowledge and complete project deadlines. A keen understanding of system operations, administrative/clerical duties, and associate needs.
