I've been a resident of Hampton Roads for over 25 years. My husband, Bill, is a Navy veteran who works at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. My oldest son, Russ, is an Electronics Technician on a submarine based in Kings Bay, GA. My son, Ricky, is an assistant manager at a restaurant and college student in Fort Worth, TX. My daughter, Genevieve, is a college student and waitress in Louisville, KY. My youngest, Will, is a 4th grader at Three Oaks Elementary in Virginia Beach, where I am PTA President. In my free time, I am a voice actress. You may have heard my voice on commercials for Disney, Propel Water, and Smithfield Ham. In my first four months in real estate, I wrote 10 contracts, worth over $1.5 million. How'd I do it? Simple... Answer the phone, listen, respond quickly, and find houses for people who need them. See? Simple. I have no earthly idea why other agents try to convince you it's complicated.One advantage we have: Keller Williams is the largest real estate firm in the world, with over 90,000 agents internationally. So when you list a property with me, your house goes global! In my free time, I'm a voice actress and write real estate columns for local publications. I came to Hampton Roads in 1988 and spent over 20 years reporting news on the radio for stations like FM99, Z104 and 106.9 the Fox. I was also a guest columnist for the Virginian Pilot, so I know and love Tidewater!
