Parker has always had the confidence to adapt to new surroundings and to find new friends wherever he has lived. This served him well as he has lived in states across the U.S. including Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Colorado, North Carolina, and California. To this day Parker still maintains relationships with close friends in all of the states he has lived. He understands the power a strong relationships and brings this mindset to every client he works with. Parker has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate through facilities and property management. He is well versed in contract negotiations and the bidding process. He also has strong connections to contractors, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers and knows how to find a fair deal. January 2014 in one sense marked the culmination of the experiences that Parker has gained over the past decade but in another sense marked the beginning of a very exciting chapter in his life. He decided to pursue a career in residential real estate sales and partnered with the best real estate company in the Silicon Valley, Intero Real Estate. Parker is extremely excited to join Russ Sadykhov's team in the Los Gatos office.
