This Is the Rohan Team. Actually it’s the Rohan Family. We work for Weichert Realtors. Between us we have sold over 400 homes and have plenty of experience, a combined total of 20 years in the business. She is the number one agent in her entire region in the Weichert company in August 2009...... ALAN Rohan, husband to Patricia , has his real estate license as well. He works on the weekends to do our processing, mailers, and record keeping. He also does Open Houses and sometimes preps for our opens. He started a Medical Care business with Patricia and did the bills and record keeping for that business for two years. He has been in the Air Force and the reserves for nearly 24 years. He later went on to N.A.V.I.C.P. in Philadelphia, PA doing logistics. He had done flips (home renovation) and had rental properties too. He loves to work, be organized, and brain storm for our business. He has a drive and commitment that could never be stopped. He had come from the Bronx to Moorestown, NJ and has done accomplishments he sons wish to accomplish or to surpass..... JOSH, an eight year veteran in Weichert Realtors and continues to broaden his horizon. He graduated from BCC on the Deans list then accomplished a four year degree from Westchester University. He has done tremendous volunteer work for many organizations. He has always been a huge help his whole life. He takes these great experiences in to real estate and that’s what gives him an edge over many agents... SEBASTIAN, last but not least started his own business in high school and volunteered in clubs and sports. He also had a concert on Main St. Moorestown to benefit a cause. He also is a student at BCC for entrepreneurship and business. His entire life since private school he’s always been caring and loving.
