Welcome to our page! I have over 25 years experience working in Television and Broadcasting. During this time I have been a talk show host on several television (TV) programs (cooking, home decorating and beauty. I have produced, directed and acted as lead role for over 50 TV commercials. I have been responsible for Marketing and Sales of TV commercials for both the US and Mexico community. EDUCATION AND TRAINING: I completed my studies in International Marketing/Communications back in 1984. I also studied Family Consoling, where I have been certified to practice the trade. PROFESSIONAL HISTORY: - From 2008 to now, running my own TV Show, Quinceaneras N’TV, on Telemundo by my own Production, and also still Hosting , Arts & Crafts for TELEVISA, at the Morning Talk show called "HOY" and having transmition to UNIVISION too,. - From 2003 to 2008, I worked for TELEVISA, which is channel 2 in Mexico City. I was the morning talk show host for a program called “HOY” (Today), like “Good Morning America” I was also the producer for different sections of the program, which included “Manualidades” (Hand Crafts), review/ commentaries of daily events, such as “Telenovelas” (TV Soaps). I represented the TV Station in several conferences, expositions and key event that took place at important locations like the Mexico City World Trade Center. My all years experience with TELEVISA was not limited to television, I also participated in several Radio programs co-hosting with Verónica Gallardo several tapics of interest. I was frequently asked to develop Magazine articles. One example would be a hand crafting articles that I wrote for the Mexican magazine named “Kena” called “Haga maravillas con velas” (Making Miracles with Candles). - From 1994 a 1997, I worked for TELEVISA Tijuana (Channel 12), where I was the Talk Show Host for several segments of the TV program “Notivisa, Buenos Días”. Some of my segments included “Cocina” (cooking), “manualidades” (hand craft), “belleza” (Beauty) and others. In addition, to Talk Show Host, I did the marketing, production and participated (Actor) for several TV commercials for sponsors located in both California and Tijuana. - From 1990 to 1993 I worked Televisa Sevilla, Channel 4 where I was the Talk Show Host for the program called “Vida Diaria” (Daily Living)’. The show included a cooking segment where I presented several cooking techniques and recipes on Mexican, Japanese, French dishes. The program also included themes like Fashion and Travel. At the same time that I was working with Televisa Sevilla, I opened my own Restaurant in Mexico City called “ Los amores de Farruca”, where the menu, was based on my own recipes. From 1988 a 1990, I was the General Manager for the Beverly Hills Workout Gym located in Mexico City. From 1985 to 1988 I worked for Televisa San Angel where I performed on a series of different events with different roles and responsibilities. I played lead role on several TV commercials while during the same period also being a Talk Show Host on the “Video Cosmos” TV program. During these 3 years I also participated/acted in a Mexican “ telenovela” TV Soap which was called “Cautiva” (Captive). From 1982 to 1985, I worked for “Televisa Chapultepec” (Channel 2) where my main job was coordinating the participation of special guest for a News Program called “Hoy Mismo”. In 1982 I participated in a “La Modelo del Año” (Mod. Me encanta la creatividad, la publicidad y sobre todo trabajar en television.
