Paul McComb began his real estate career after graduating the University of Arizona with a Bachelor Degree in Business in 2007. Originally from the east coast, Paul grew up out west and in 2010, helped open a real estate branch office in Scottsdale Arizona. During that time he began to work directly with Fannie Mae in the Phoenix market. After becoming a broker in 2011, Paul decided it was time to move to New York City--specifically to further pursue his career in real estate. From 2011 to 2013 Paul opened and successfully managed a Brokerage office with the help from a few seasoned Manhattan brokers. In his seven years in real estate, being well versed in sales, Paul has provided exemplary service to individual sellers, buyers and renters of co-ops, condos, lofts and townhouses, as well as to developers, landlords and investors. He believes credibility is the lifeblood of a successful real estate professional, and to establish that with clients, he offers the utmost accessibility, responsiveness, dedication and attention to detail. Paul resided in the Upper West Side while in NYC, but is now living in Phoenix.
