Filed:
Sep 25, 2006
Appl. No.:
11/526284
Inventors:
Peter McConnell - Encinitas CA, US
International Classification:

Bag Holder For A T-Shirt Bag

US Patent:
7661635, Feb 16, 2010
Filed:
Mar 8, 2007
Appl. No.:
11/715717
Inventors:
Peter McConnell - Encinitas CA, US
Assignee:
Cool Stuff, LLC - Encinitas CA
International Classification:
B65B 67/12
US Classification:
248 95, 248 99, 141316
Abstract:
A bag holder () for holding a t-shirt bag () includes a holder frame () and a holder handle () that is secured to the holder frame (). The holder frame () selectively holds the t-shirt bag () and including a first handle restraint () that restrains a first bag handle (B) of the t-shirt bag (), and a second handle restraint () that restrains a second bag handle (D) of the t-shirt bag (). The holder handle () is movable relative to the holder frame () between a carrying position () in which the holder handle () is used for carrying the holder frame () and the t-shirt bag (), and an attachment position () in which that holder handle () is used for hanging the holder frame () and the t-shirt bag () near a vertical surface (). With this design, the bag holder () can easily be carried and moved by hand, and the bag holder () can be easily secured to a door (). Further, the holder frame () can include a frame base region () that is adapted to engage a horizontal surface () to hold the bag support region () and the bag opening (A) above the horizontal surface ().

Bag Holder For A T-Shirt Bag

US Patent:
2011002, Feb 3, 2011
Filed:
Jan 25, 2010
Appl. No.:
12/693348
Inventors:
Peter McConnell - San Diego CA, US
International Classification:
B65B 67/12
US Classification:
248 99
Abstract:
A bag holder for holding a t-shirt bag includes a holder frame and a holder handle that is secured to the holder frame. The holder frame selectively holds the t-shirt bag and including a first handle restraint that restrains a first bag handle of the t-shirt bag, a second handle restraint that restrains a second bag handle of the t-shirt bag, and a bag support region that supports the t-shirt type bag near the bag opening. The holder handle is movable relative to the holder frame between a carrying position in which the holder handle is used for carrying the holder frame and the t-shirt bag, and an attachment position in which that holder handle is used for hanging the holder frame and the t-shirt bag near a vertical surface. Further, the holder frame is movable between (i) an expanded configuration in which the bag support region and the handle restraints cooperate to maintain the bag opening open, and (ii) a compact configuration in which at least one of the handle restraints has been moved relative to the bag support region.

Handle Assembly For Leash System

US Patent:
2018034, Dec 6, 2018
Filed:
Aug 10, 2018
Appl. No.:
16/100821
Inventors:
Peter McConnell - San Diego CA, US
International Classification:
A01K 27/00
Abstract:
A handle assembly for a leash system includes an outer housing that defines a handle interior and an inner housing that is positioned within the handle interior. The leash system includes a tether. The outer housing can be substantially spherical. The inner housing selectively moves between unlocked and locked positions. When in the locked position, the inner housing inhibits movement of the tether relative to the handle assembly in a first direction but not in a second direction that is substantially opposite the first direction. The inner housing can be biased towards one of the unlocked and the locked position. The inner housing includes a tether engager that selectively engages the tether. The handle assembly includes an inner housing mover that is connected to the inner housing so that the inner housing mover moves the inner housing between the unlocked and the locked position.

Connector Assembly For Leash System

US Patent:
2018033, Nov 22, 2018
Filed:
May 8, 2018
Appl. No.:
15/974110
Inventors:
Peter McConnell - San Diego CA, US
International Classification:
A01K 27/00
Abstract:
A connector assembly for a leash system including a connector and a connector receiver. The connector includes a first connector end that has a connector end center. The connector receiver includes a first gate that moves between a locked and an unlocked position. The first gate defines at least a portion of a connector cavity, with the connector cavity selectively receiving the first connector end when the first gate is in the unlocked position. The connector cavity also has a cavity center, with the cavity center and the connector end center being substantially identical when the first connector end is received by the connector cavity. The connector receiver further includes a receiver actuator that is coupled to the first gate. The receiver actuator can move in a first direction and a second direction, wherein moving the receiver actuator in the second direction moves the first gate to the unlocked position.
