Bispecific Anti-Bcma X Anti-Cd3 Antibodies And Uses Thereof

US Patent:
2022030, Sep 29, 2022
Filed:
May 31, 2022
Appl. No.:
17/828847
Inventors:
- Tarrytown NY, US
Kara Olson - White Plains NY, US
Frank Delfino - Poughquag NY, US
David DiLillo - New York NY, US
Jessica Kirshner - New York NY, US
Olga Sineshchekova - Pleasantville NY, US
Qian Zhang - Lexington MA, US
International Classification:
C07K 16/28
C07K 16/46
Abstract:
B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is expressed on malignant plasma cells. The present invention provides novel bispecific antibodies (bsAbs) that bind to both BCMA and CD3 and activate T cells via the CD3 complex in the presence of BCMA-expressing tumor cells. In certain embodiments, the bispecific antigen-binding molecules of the present invention are capable of inhibiting the growth of tumors expressing BCMA. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules of the invention are useful for the treatment of diseases and disorders in which an upregulated or induced BCMA-targeted immune response is desired and/or therapeutically beneficial. For example, the bispecific antibodies of the invention are useful for the treatment of various cancers, including multiple myeloma.

Distributed Mobility For Radio Devices

US Patent:
2020038, Dec 3, 2020
Filed:
Aug 18, 2020
Appl. No.:
16/996364
Inventors:
- Wilmington DE, US
Pascal Adjakple - Great Neck NY, US
Joseph M. Murray - Schwenksville PA, US
Qing Li - Princeton Juction NJ, US
Qian Zhang - Basking Ridge NJ, US
Lakshmi R. Iyer - King of Prussia PA, US

Allan Tsai - Boonton NJ, US
International Classification:
H04B 7/06
H04W 16/28
H04W 48/20
H04W 72/04
Abstract:
Multiple mobility sets are maintained for nodes of radio networks. The sets comprise information such as: transmit and receive point identities; cell identities; beam identities; frequency channels; channel bandwidth; and black lists. The sets may be defined at different levels, such as network and physical (PHY) level. A network mobility set, e.g., a new-radio (NR) mobility set may, be determined by the gNB, the cell, the UE, or another device. Multiple radio access network nodes and UEs may exchange mobility set information to achieve a distributed mobility solution. A UE may monitor its orientation relative to a TRP, e.g., via use of an onboard MEMS gyroscope, and alter its beamforming parameters in response to changes in orientation and/or changes in TRP connection strength. Cell selection and reselection for beam based networks may use Single Frequency Network (SFN) broadcast of initial access signals without beam sweeping.
