Philosophy My philosophy in business is one that is strongly driven by my philosophy in life. It is one that is built on three pillars: family, values and trust. My experiences have brought me to apply this philosophy to my clients, and take care of them in the same way I would my own—my family. I consider my clients as an extension of my family. My role is to listen and truly understand their needs; this is how I can confidently educate, guide, and offer the best options. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of service and ensure a smooth and successful experience. Foundation I was born into a very large Indian family from theFiji Islands. In my family, children are not raised by parents alone; everyone is involved in raising the family. As an adult I cherish each member of my family. Each person has taught me something different; as a result, the knowledge, the values and the wisdom that has been instilled is priceless and has made me who I am today and what I stand for. I have grown to value family and I understand the importance of building strong trust worthy relationships. I appreciate different opinions, attitudes, and personalities. I can't help but learn from those around me. My Community Giving back to my community is also a must. I have spent many years of my life, dedicated to making a difference in my community or even in ones life. I chose to volunteer simply because it makes me feel good. I have had the honor of volunteering at the San Mateo Police Department for 7 years. My experience was incredible. We worked with local schools educating students, supervised community functions, assisted police officers on various calls as well as many other duties. Through the years, I have built wonderful trusting relationships with officers and community members. I also had the great opportunity to create, organize and expedite a summer learning project in México. A group of students and I coordinated summer school for 1500 underprivileged kids in Tlaquepaque, a small village in Guadalajara . We taught English, Science, Math, and their favorite "futbol". The project was a great success and the entire experience was humbling. The children, the culture, the generosity of the people who have nothing, it was amazing. I can't wait for another opportunity. I also spent some time working with children in the Tenderloin District and Mission District of San Francisco. I helped organize and implement after school programs, group activities, and counseling for the younger members of the community. We also organized a huge and very successful "Safe Halloween" festival for 600 families in the Tenderloin. The culture in San Francisco is completely different than ours on the Peninsula. My students have taught me so much about the world they come from and again it was humbling. Education Education is also a huge part of who I am. I currently hold a degree in Administrative Justice, Associates in Arts and a Bachelors of Science in Criminal and Community Sociology from Notre Dame De Namur University. As a real estate professional, I graduated from Anthony's School of Real Estate along with classes from our local junior college. Learning is a constant as well as a necessity in my profession. I keep myself up-to-date on all aspects of real estate through local classes and seminars.
