I am a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) I specialize in helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. Did you know: 1) More than 70% of foreclosed homes were NEVER even listed for sale prior to being foreclosed. 2) 1 in 4 homes in the US are "under water" meaning that the home owner owes more on their loan than the house is worth. 3) 1 in 7 homeowners are in distress - They are no paying their bills and most likely their mortgage. It is my teams mission to help homeowners stay in their homes but if that is not possible, we help explain homeowners rights, we help advise homeowners about how to get loan modifications and if necessary, we help homeowners sell their home and get on with their lives.
