Abstract:
A mobile shelter system having a transport configuration and a deployed configuration. The mobile shelter system includes an enclosed bumper-pull trailer, and a plurality of functional components, for use in the deployed configuration, including an expandable shelter configured for storage in the trailer in a collapsed state. In the transport configuration, all of the functional components are secured to the trailer, and, in the deployed configuration, the shelter is in an expanded state and is at least partially disposed on a ramp of the trailer to form a series of rooms including respective operational interior spaces of the shelter and the trailer.

A telescopic support assembly including tube assemblies and bearing assemblies. The tube assemblies are arranged telescopically from a largest cross section rear tube assembly to a smallest cross section front tube assembly. The bearing assemblies include a non-roller bearing for each tube assembly other than the front tube assembly. Each bearing assembly is configured to present a surface of the non-roller bearing at the bottom interior of a tube assembly, proximate the front of the tube. Some embodiments include a drive assembly for extending and retracting the telescopic support assembly.

A mobile shelter system having deployed and non-deployed configurations. The shelter system includes a towable trailer and a plurality of functional components for use in the deployed configuration. The functional components include a temperature control unit configured to output one or more of heated and cooled air, and an electric generator configured to provide power to the temperature control unit. Abstract:
A hard walled shelter has first and second substantially parallel corner posts. The hard walled shelter also has an upper frame support extending between first ends of the corner posts and a lower frame support extending between second ends of the corner posts. The hard walled shelter additionally has a moveable wall. The moveable wall has a lower portion hinged at the lower frame support and an upper portion that fits securely on the interior of the corner posts when the moveable wall is in a closed configuration. When the moveable wall is in an open configuration the moveable wall is disposed away from the hard walled shelter to form an opening in the shelter. The hard walled shelter also has a coupling that extends around the perimeter of the opening in the shelter.

Abstract:
An expandable shelter having an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration in which the shelter has the approximate dimensions of a standard International Organization for Standardization (ISO) freight container. The expandable shelter includes first and second substantially parallel corner posts disposed at a first end of the shelter. The expandable shelter also includes a ramp coupled with hinges at the first end of the shelter and is configured to fit securely on the interior of the first and second corner posts when in a closed configuration in which the ramp is disposed between the first and second corner posts. The expandable shelter has sufficient strength to withstand the forces of at least eight similar shelters stacked on top of the shelter.
