Ritesh has over twelve years of combined consulting experience in real estate, pricing strategy, global audit, finance, financial forecasting, profitability analysis, account management, sales, marketing strategy, business process analysis and systems integration. Currently, Ritesh is managing his own investment and property management companies in addition to helping customers find commercial / multifamily / residential investment properties. Ritesh also helps customers find their own homes with a capital gains, location, and investment focus. Recently, Ritesh was the Director of Pricing and Channel Management on the Deal Management team at D&B. Prior to D&B's parent company integration, Ritesh was the Director of Pricing Strategy at Hoover's, a D&B Company. In 2009 - 2010, Ritesh was a Senior Consultant and Supervisor within the Global Audit and Finance Transformation Organization at Dell which included site visits to China, Malaysia, India, and Russia. In 2009, Ritesh was the Interim East Sales Controller for the Global 500 business at Dell. Responsibilities include sales controllership activities for the $1.5B Eastern Global 500 Accounts and a direct staff, pricing guidance for the account team, opportunity reviews requiring finance input/approval, pricing assurance with established contracts, account team quotas, collection status reviews and engagement on past due accounts, potential credit issues, and extended payment terms requests. Ritesh is also responsible for driving the account team to achieve revenue, margin, and strategic targets based upon historical actuals, opportunity identification captured in the pipeline reporting, and forward looking analytics. Additional responsibilities include closing activities such as accruals for future obligations and revenue deferrals for recorded revenue not yet truly recognized. From 2006 - 2009, Ritesh provided interim controllership / special pricing and financially guided $300M in quarterly revenue for Dell's global customers, structured multimillion dollar global deal P&Ls for executive level review, and negotiated pricing and presented financial overviews to customers during executive briefings. His most recent research and development is on financial modeling for his own investments.
