About:
As a life long resident of Connecticut, I attended Bristol Eastern High as a member of the National Honor Society. After serving in the U.S. Army in Germany, I enrolled at The University of Connecticut. I graduated in 1992 Magna Cum Laude (top ten percent) with a bachelors degree in business administration majoring in real estate/urban economics. In addition, I was accepted to and attended Yale University part time. Since graduating, I have been involved in real estate investing and became licensed as a real estate agent in 1995 with Century 21 in Bristol. In December 1999, I became licensed as a real estate broker. As broker and owner of Alliance Homes, I am committed to utilizing my knowledge, resources, and experience to provide the highest level of service to my clients. As a Realtor, I have completed numerous real estate training classes to include: Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) 120 classroom hours covering real estate law, finance, marketing, investment, appraisal, etc Century 21, 21 Plus 40 classroom hours covering Century 21 marketing strategies for listing and selling real estate. H + R Block Tax Preparation 66 classroom hours covering all aspects of tax return preparation including tax ramifications of buying and selling real estate. Century 21 Effective Finance 16 classroom hours covering available loan programs and loan pre-qualification. Since 1995, I have been a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Connecticut Association of Realtors, the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, and the Department of Consumer Protection. No law suits, grievances, or even complaints of any kind have ever been filed against me in 17 years of operation.
