About:
Purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make and finding that perfect home can sometimes be a challenge. There are lots of things to consider beyond the curb appeal. My experience and expertise will guide you through that process. • I have a structural engineering degree from Penn State and successfully completed the Wharton Management Program. I built my own home and I’ve built others that I’ve sold. • I work with Federal, State and Local Municipalities in acquiring real estate within the public corridor. • I perform countless title searches and settlements on behalf of my clients. • I am a certified real estate acquisition instructor – teaching continuing education courses to current real estate acquisition specialists. • I worked for a fortune 500 company overseeing building projects throughout the east coast. • I’ve owned rental properties over the years and provided property management services to other commercial property owners. So, when you’re looking for a realtor that can truly represent you in every aspect of selling or buying? I Promise I Will Serve You Well. More about me….. I grew up in a small rural town in western Pennsylvania, the son of a local contractor I spent most of my teenage years on residential construction sites. In 1988 I moved to the Central Pennsylvania area pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering. As soon as I arrived I fell in love with the area. While attending Penn State Harrisburg I met my wife of 20 years and also accepted a position with a fortune 500 company. Throughout the following 14 years we managed to have 2 children and explore many parts of the country through relocations and special assignments. Throughout those years I had the opportunity to attend the Wharton School of business and successfully complete their business management program as well as continuing my strengths in project management within the construction industry. There came a time when the decision was made that the family was more important than my career and we made the decision to move back to the Central Pennsylvania area and provide our kids a more stable environment. Knowing that my true passion was within the residential construction and real estate market I immediately set forth with a plan to start selling and buying real estate. I earned my real estate license in 2006 and have been actively selling and buying for clients as well as for myself since. I am an active member in the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors and also I am a Pennsylvania Notary.
