Abstract:
An insulated chamber having an interior chamber for storing items therein includes a phase change material to facilitate controlling the temperature of the interior chamber and the items. A heating device or cooling device may be used to melt or freeze the phase change material, which may be in various locations such as the walls of the chamber or packets which may serve as shelves and may be removable from the interior chamber with the items thereon. The packets may have recesses for receiving the items. The phase change material may be within capsules which may be within a liquid or a solid matrix. Controls may be provided to control humidity and carbon dioxide within the interior chamber.

Abstract:
A storage box for articles that includes a base defining a chamber therein and a door that engages the base and is movable between an open position where the chamber can be accessed and a closed position where access is prevented. A locking mechanism prevents unauthorized opening of the door. A securement assembly is provided on an interior wall of the base to retain articles in predetermined positions. The assembly includes a first member that is fixedly secured to the interior wall and one or more second members that are each releasably engageable with the first member. The second members include various types of article engaging mechanisms so as to retain different types of articles and are able to be moved on the first member to create different article storing configurations within the box.

A method is provided for reducing a duration of an inactivate step of a decontamination process of contents within a chamber of a container. The method includes at least one of directing air in contact with a catalyst to reduce a level of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in the air during the inactivate step and/or altering a temperature of air within the chamber during the inactivate step. Abstract:
A method is provided for vaporized hydrogen peroxide cleaning of a chamber. The method includes altering a temperature of air in the chamber from an initial temperature to a sterilization temperature over a first time period. The method also includes injecting vaporized hydrogen peroxide into air in the chamber to alter a relative humidity of hydrogen peroxide vapor in the chamber to a sterilization level over the first time period. The method also includes maintaining the temperature at the sterilization temperature and the relative humidity at the sterilization level over a second time period. The method also includes reducing the relative humidity from the sterilization level to a safe level over a third time period. In one embodiment, the method is provided for vaporized hydrogen peroxide cleaning of an interior chamber of an incubation container. In other embodiments, the incubation chamber featured in the method is provided.
