The NextGen Program within Gensler, selects next generation leaders (5-10 yrs. experience) within the 40+ worldwide offices. 24-36 individuals from a pool of 200+ candidates are chosen to participate in a 6 month program that takes place in offices across the U.S.A. The program further develops leadership skills and enhances intra-company networking; whilst at the same time develops projects that aim to further strengthen the foundations of the firm's success.
