Abstract:
In at least one embodiment, a vehicle power module comprises a first printed circuit board (PCB) including a first plurality of electrical components for providing a first voltage and a second voltage. The vehicle power module further comprises a second PCB including a second plurality of electrical components, the second PCB being spaced away from the first printed circuit board and a first connector assembly being coupled to the first PCB and to the second PCB for providing the first voltage to the second PCB. The vehicle power module further comprises a second connector assembly being coupled to the first PCB and to the second PCB for providing the second voltage to the second PCB. The first connector assembly provides the first voltage of up to 14V and the second connector assembly provides the second voltage of 200V or greater.

Abstract:
An apparatus includes a base plate including a plurality of depressions, and a power electronics printed circuit board including a plurality traces and a plurality of high voltage components. The plurality of high voltage components is located at a plurality of locations corresponding to the plurality of depressions in the base plate. A plurality of fasteners secures the printed circuit board to the base plate with the plurality of high voltage components received at the corresponding plurality of depressions. Abstract:
A coldplate for use with a transformer in an electric vehicle (EV) or a hybrid-electric vehicle (HEV). The coldplate includes a main portion having a recess formed therein, the recess having a floor configured for contacting a bottom surface of a transformer for dissipating heat generated by the transformer. Abstract:
An improved switch for entering a key code includes a plurality of moving contact members all molded together into a single membrane. Each of the moving contact members moves within a hole in a housing. The housing is connected to a base with a snap connection. A circuit board and the membrane are sandwiched between the base and housing. A sealing lip on the membrane is deformed against the housing to provide a water tight seal around the circumference of the housing. Wires extend from the circuit board through holes in the base, and grommets surround the wire sealing the holes. LED's are provided on the circuit board to backlight the moving contact members.
