Shannon Bedore moved to Arizona in 1998 from Atlanta Georgia. She has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2004. Shannon practiced commercial real estate as a retail sales and a listing agent for one of Arizona’s leading commercial firms ,R&G. Shannon later resided in California where she worked for Century 21 Award and the Ruth Pugh Team. The Pugh Team was California’s number one residential sales team from 2006 to 2011. Shannon traveled where the builder projects were; working in San Diego, Los Angeles and Sacramento, selling over 90 million dollars in real estate. She was the number one agent on her team of 18 for the years 2008 and 2009. The success of Shannon and her team earned them a write up in the Wall Street Journal , Lore Magazine, San Diego Union Tribune, LA times and the Sacramento Bee. Shannon also worked for Centruy 21 Award as Marketing Director where she was responsible for marketing the properties of 3 of California’s top builders. In 2011 Shannon decided to reside, again, in Arizona and is working with one of Arizona’s top selling brokers, Renee Leach of RLA Brokers. RLA Brokers specializing in REO and residential home sales. Additionally Shannon is working as the listing agent for Colony American Homes, one of the leading investment firms in the United States.
