Sherry is a hometown Burlesonite. A. E. Frazier Elementary School is named after her father, Mr. A. E. Frazier who was a school teacher loved by both his peers and his students.
Sherry is married to Thomas McClure, Sr. and they have four grown children. They also have 12 grandchildren; two of which are in the Marines. One who is guarding the Embassy in Romania and the other is stationed in North Carolina.
