Abstract:
Techniques for classifying failure messages received from email messages that are sent are provided. A plurality of rules are created that are used to classify a plurality of failure types for email messages. Email messages are sent to an email address associated with an Internet service provider. When an email message fails, a failure message is determined. A rule that applies to the failure message is then determined and based on the rule, a failure type associated with the rule is determined. Once a failure type is determined, an action may be performed based on the failure type. For example, the email address associated with the email message may be marked as invalid.

Abstract:
A method and a system are provided for blending advertiser data with ad network data in order to serve finely targeted ads. In one example, the system receives campaign information from one or more advertisers. The campaign information includes at least one of a budget, criteria, and a creative. The system receives a notification from a user device about an available ad spot on a webpage for display at a browser running on the user device. The system receives data from an advertiser. The data from the advertiser pertains to managing an ad to be sent to the user device to fill the ad spot on the webpage. Then, the system combines the data from the advertiser with data from an ad network to obtain combined data. The ad network is configured for managing at least part of an ad campaign. The advertiser is also configured for managing at least part of the ad campaign.

Abstract:
Techniques are provided that include obtaining a Document Object Model of an HTML document. A configuration XPath is obtained identifying, as of a configuration time, a node within the Document Object Model as a native advertisement placement candidate container. Additional information is obtained regarding native advertisement placement candidate containers within the Document Object Model, and an injection XPath, identifying a node within the Document Object Model as a native advertisement placement candidate container, is generated at an injection time, subsequent to the configuration time, based on the configuration XPath and the additional information. The additional information may include information regarding at least one of a title element, description element and image element identified by a user as being associated with native advertisement placement candidate containers. Generating the injection XPath may include removing a numerical identifier from one or more tags of the configuration XPath.
