Prior to becoming a real estate agent, my former career and that of my father had us moving incessantly. In fact, I relocated 19 times from city to city before settling in Browns Summit, a little farm suburb northeast of Greensboro. The experience gained from my moves - searching and buying homes, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, with and without movers and relocation companies - all gave me an excellent platform on which to build a real estate business. I know, better than most people possible can, what my clients are going through. I've moved out-of-state and carried two mortgages while waiting for a house to sell. I've flown into town and had 3 days to find a house and write the contract. I've also sold a house in the first week because I had a terrific Realtor who gave me great advice. Now it's my turn.
